EM Fares is more than a name, it’s a tribute to every woman who nurtures, leads and shapes her family’s future.
Inspired by the care of a mother, it reflects the belief that when a woman gives from a place of love, an entire home thrives. With a commitment to quality and healthier living, EM Fares is made to support every home she builds.

Em Fares Bakery was established in the year 2012 when the younger son of Em Fares decided to introduce his mother's delicious Kaak Bhalib l Zahlawi to everyone around him.
This handmade kaak is well known in the village of Zahle in Bekaa, so we slowly started to introduce new flavors of this product, starting with chocolate chips, pastes, coconut and molasses. Along with the traditional Maamoul mostly made on easter and ramdan.
Our Vision
To introduce the delicious delights varieties of kaak and healthy crackers all around the Middle East. It started from a small kitchen in a small village and has already turned into an amazing community.
